During summer months or when shipping to a warm climate, Chocolate need to be shipped in no more than 1-2 days. If the shipping address is located in the 1 or 2 day shipping range from NYC, then FedEx Ground can be used. Otherwise, please select FedEx 2nd Day or FedEx Overnight shipping for your order. If you do not choose the appropriate shipping selection, then your order may be delayed as we will attempt to contact you to upgrade the shipping if necessary. Whenever possible, we will substitute chocolate with a non-perishable item in gift baskets that are shipping ground in warm weather so that you do not need to pay for expedited delivery.

Generally speaking, we do not ship perishable products on Thursdays and Fridays if they will be in transit over the weekend.
Availability:
Orders placed by 3pm EST will usually ship the same business day (M-F).
Standard Shipping: This selection normally ships ground service from New York City. Please view the Shipping Details and Transit Times.

Express Shipping: This selection is also available for expedited delivery which can be selected during checkout.

Hand-Delivery in NYC: If you are shipping to a destination within Manhattan (below 96th street only), this gift can be hand-delivered on the same day if ordered by Noon EST, or the next business day if ordered after Noon EST. You can also choose to pickup your purchase at our store in Manhattan.
