Please bear in mind that we are a small privately owned business and are not always able to answer your call immediately—but we pride ourselves on our high level of personal service and our product quality. So don't worry, if no one is available to take your call, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Or, email us and we will respond as quickly as possible.
Our website isn't able to process non-US credit cards. If you are out of the country and would like to place an order, just call us or email your order and we'll take care of it! We are always glad to hear from our overseas customers.
Tracking Your Order
If you need to check the status of your order, you can track your package online at www.FedEx.com or by calling 1-800-GOFEDEX with the tracking number provided in your ship confirmation e-mail.
Canceling/Changing Your Order
If you need to cancel or change your order before it ships, please notify us immediately via phone. Once the order has shipped and not yet been delivered, you will only be charged for shipping, and the merchandise will be credited. If the order has already shipped, there may be a $20 fee to change the address.
Products sometimes become unavailable, and we may need to make substitutions in a gift basket or the container itself. Our policy is to make substitutions in favor of the customer, by adding a product of equal or greater value. We will also reserve the right to substitute chocolate if the basket is shipping in the summer months or to hot climates.
