Please bear in mind that we are a small privately owned business and are not always able to answer your call immediately- but we pride ourselves on our high level of personal service and our product quality. Tracking your Order
If you need to check the status of your order, you can log onto our website using your email address and the password you supplied when you ordered and check the status of your order. You can also track your pakage online at www.FedEx .com or by calling 1-800-GOFEDEX
Canceling/Changing your order
If you need to cancel/change your order before it ships please notify us immediately at 212-627-4050. Once the order has shipped and not yet been delivered you will only be charged for shipping and the merchandise will be credited. If the order has already shipped, there may be a $20 fee to change the address.

Sales Tax
