About Shipping and Delivery
Orders placed by 4 PM EST will usually ship the same business day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 4PM EST may usually ship the next business day.
Sor same-day Messenger delivery within Manhattan, we usually need the order by 1PM.
For Non-perishable Products we recommend UPS Ground as the most economical way to ship, especially when shipping to addresses that are close to New York City.

All orders are shipped and delivered Monday - Friday. We can sometime have orders delivered on Saturday, please call us if you are interested in a Saturday delivery.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO or International. For Alaska & Hawaii, we can only ship Next day and 2nd Day and these destinations usually take up to 4 days.

Shipping Chocolate in Warm Climates & Seasons
During summer months or when shipping to a warm climate, chocolate need to be shipped in no more than 1-2 days. If the shipping address is located in the 1 or 2 day shipping range (in the map above) then UPS Ground can be used. Otherwise, please select Express shipping for your order. If you do not choose the appropriate shipping selection, then your order may be delayed.
Whenever possible, we will substitute chocolate with a non-perishable item in gift baskets that are shipping ground in warm weather so that you do not need to pay for expedited delivery.
Generally speaking, we do not ship perishable products on Thursdays and Fridays if they will be in transit over the weekend.
Scheduling a Later Date
If you would like your gift to arrive at a later date, just tell us the date in "Special Instructions" during your checkout.
How to ship Multiple Gifts
If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you must purchase items separately.

The Delivery Address
Please remember ground shipping can take up to 6 business days to arrive. Please be sure to provide us with complete and accurate delivery information including an accurate zip code. We will have to charge a $15.00 address correction charge if a bad address or zip code is supplied.
